Ode to Spring | Checked Duster Coat and Floral Co-ords by George at Asda

That is a lot of white for my taste BUT I love the mixture of floral prints here. The white keeps it all relevant. I'm a sucker for florals and I love a good jacket. The crisp windowpane print helps to sort of "gather" the flowers and polish up the look. The color-blocked shoes are an unexpected and pretty detail - just what you find in spring! You know the colors and flowers are coming but seeing them for the first time is always a pleasant surprise after a long, hard winter. And so this outfit is an unexpected, pleasant surprise as well.
