The lawsuit was filed against Apple for iPhone capacity

I don't get it, everyone is guilty - only Apple get sued. But I've been always saying this - storage advertised, should mean storage available. Samsung would literally not be able to sell with their 8gb storage capacity. And Apple should not even sold the 16gb model with iPhone 6/6+ (I don't care what android manufacturers do). 32gb should be the minimum.

I stream music and movies nearly instantly from iCloud, Google Drive, or Harddrive at my house... But I can access my files from built in storage on an iPhone instantly rather than wait on photos load one by one from an SD card - every single time...
