I can loose 2lb a week without even trying. Never crash dieted either.

Good to hear this. I'm on the steak and potato diet! I hear it's the latest trend!! Eat 1-2 pounds of steak and a large-extra large potato twice per day. Make sure to drink a large glass of water. This will flush the food quickly down.
