Three of the seven NBA games scheduled for Saturday have been postponed indefinitely -- two because of the California wildfires and one because of a winter storm in Atlanta.  

Tonight’s NBA game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Charlotte Hornets has been postponed as a result of ongoing wildfires that have devastated the L.A. area. “We’re heartbroken for Los Angeles. Our thoughts are with all those impacted by this unimaginable situation,” reads a statement posted

Trae Young took two dribbles, elevated and flicked his wrists, heaving a shot from 50 feet just before the buzzer sounded, watching it slide down the net to lead the Atlanta Hawks to a stunning win over the Utah Jazz.  

Jimmy Butler says he lost his joy for playing basketball while with the Miami Heat and informed officials that he would accept a trade to another team.  

Jaden Ivey writhed in pain while holding the back of his leg before being wheeled away on a stretcher during a win over the Orlando Magic. Players from both teams shed tears during the emotional incident.
